Louisville CIO Practicum Sponsorship Levels

The CIO Practicum series has been designed in part to help develop trusted conversations between technology providers and senior IT leaders in a personalized environment. Through capitalizing and focusing on the new normal issues for senior IT leaders, the program series delivers a unique and attractive collaboration-based model that:
      (a) Makes it easier for sponsoring providers to engage targeted top tier CIOs
      (b) Makes it credible, relevant, useful and enjoyable for the CIOs themselves

The hallmark of this series is its unique founding principle to be relationship-based. That differentiating principle affords all sponsors two distinct advantages. First of all, it provides sponsors with the opportunity to immediately get "knees under the table" with aggressive, forward thinking, money-in-hand senior IT executives. Secondly, it also effectively facilitates the ability of sponsors to develop trusted non-toxic relationships with those same executives. This is extremely unique in a world where CIOs are more typically assaulted by the more recognizable and more toxic "I-have-to-sell-you-something-today" approaches. A non-toxic relationship approach is mandatory if sponsors are ever to enjoy a non-commodity based sales process.

By getting sponsors involved, the program has a unique win/win intent that does not appear in other programs that simply ask for your money, then tell you to go stand quietly in a sales booth. Here, you actually participate with these targeted executives. Sponsorship opportunities are typically by invitation only, based on the requests of the participating executives. The costs of the sponsorship packages vary, with each one dependent upon:
      (a) The level of sponsor exclusivity that is desired
      (b) The number of specific representatives that the sponsors want in the room
      (c) The amount of program agenda input that the sponsor wants in defining program content
      (d) The amount of input the sponsor desires in targeting companies represented in the audience and/or on the speaking panels

All sponsors will receive:
      (a) A full contact list of all participants
      (b) Logo'ed co-branding with the university on all program materials and websites
      (c) Direct mention and introduction in the session itself
      (d) Arranged (assigned) seating with your selected targeted attendees
      (e) The ability to have an unmanned exhibit or collateral materials booth in the program's common area for breaks and registration mixers

Gold Sponsor at $3,750 per event or $15,000 per year (4 events)
Limit 5 per event

Sponsor benefits:
> Opportunity to display materials at each event on a shared sponsor display table
> Three seats for each of the four 2013 events
> Event signage includes company logo
> Recognition as a Gold Sponsor on the event agenda

> All commitments for 2013 CIO Practicum are expected by 12/01/2012
> Sponsorship opportunities are closed upon meeting budget needs
> Events are by invitation only and are limitied to 50 attendees
> "Presenting Sponsor" events can only be co-sponsored by Silver and Bronze Sponsor levels
