Mary Tapolsky, Ph.D. Director, Technology Commercialization and Program Administration, Nucleus. Dr. Tapolsky's background includes a doctorate in chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, ten years experience in research and development, including a technology-based start-up, and seven years experience in technology transfer at the University of Colorado where she assisted university-based start-ups, evaluated technologies for patentability and commercial potential, directed patent prosecution, marketed technologies and negotiated licenses and other agreements. At Nucleus, Mary will focus on interfacing with the University of Louisville and developing and directing programs and services designed to empower and support tenant companies and entrepreneurial researchers

Dr. Sharon Kerrick is associate director Forcht Entrepreneurship at the University of Louisville. She came to U of L in 2002 as executive in residence and served as an instructor and advising chief information officer. Her experience as an entrepreneur comes from her role, beginning in 1987, as senior vice president and a founding partner of Micro Computer Solutions, a software development, training and technical services company in Louisville.

Daniel K. McCauley , CPA, ABV is apartner of MCM CPAs and Advisors and he joined the fiirm in 1980, and has over 30 years of public accounting experience across various industries. He serves as a key member of the firm's Business Services Group, providing combined audit and tax services, including litigation support and business valuation, across a wide variety industries. Dan is also a member of the MCM's Manufacturing and Distribution Services Team.

Stuart Adams J.D. is Adjunct Professor of Law at University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law. Principal of Adams Business Consulting Service, LLC, which concentrates on management issues, competitive intelligence, integration of technology solutions, e-commerce, disaster preparation and recovery, social media, and executive coaching. Stuart Lectures on entrepreneurship, legal implications of social media marketing and other topics.

Jean West Emmy award winning broadcaster Jean West is the Producer and Host of the area's first and only local programs devoted entirely to Medical and Health issues that are impacting the community. Her weekly syndicated 30-minute program "Jean West's Medical Digest" airs on stations nationwide. Jean's programs have earned awards and critical praise from the medical community and viewers alike. ??With more than 25 years experience as an Anchor and Reporter at WAVE-TV, and WHAS-TV in Louisville, Kentucky, Jean also has international broadcast experience as a Reporter and Anchor for the Far East Network in Japan. Her reports have appeared on National Public Radio and ABC's "Prime Time Live". Jean's new ventures also allow her to consult with companies and education outlets on issues involving media, and educational information strategy and dissemination. She has completed training at the University Of Louisville School Of Medicine in "Principles of Clinical and Translational Research", which gives her a unique skill in communicating the complexities of science and research and their clinical value to those who may be affected by health challenges. A graduate of Southern University, Jean has a Masters of Fine Arts from the University of California, Davis.
