Vik Chadha is the co-founder of a number of high-tech companies such as Backupify, a leading backup provider for cloud-based data, GlowTouch Technologies, a four-time Inc. 500/5000 software and services company with 1,000+ employees, and Scalable Ventures, an early-stage startup investment and operating firm. He is presently serving as the Executive Vice President of Venture Development for Nucleus, where he is leading a number of commercialization initiatives for the University of Louisville Foundation.

Sterling Lapinski is the CEO and co-founder of Clipper Data. He is an entrepreneur and angel investor with a focus on information services, energy, and risk management, but with wide-ranging interests across most areas of science and technology. He currently serves as an advisor and board member to multiple early-stage businesses. Most recently Sterling was a co-founder of Genscape, Inc., the world's leading provider of real-time energy information. Sterling created and managed the technology and intellectual property core of the business, and is a named inventor on more than a dozen domestic and foreign patents. In addition to being named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2003, Sterling helped Genscape place on the Inc. 500 list of the country's fastest-growing companies in 2004 and 2005. In 2006 Sterling and his partners sold Genscape to the Daily Mail & General Trust (LSE: DMGT). Prior to founding Genscape, Sterling worked in various capacities in trading and risk management, starting in fixed income and moving to energy and commodities.
Sterling holds a B.S. in Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Lou Kelmanson For over twenty years, Lou Kelmanson has built a solid reputation as a successful entrepreneur and business leader across a variety of industries. Mr. Kelmanson is committed to making investments in companies requiring early stage and growth capital. He believes that a quality management team, a solid marketing plan, and creative problem solving are keys to achieving success.
Lou grew up in southern California, assisting his father with several start-up businesses and developed a deep knowledge and understanding for running successful enterprises and building value in challenging markets. After graduating cum laude from California State University, Northridge in 1987 with a degree in business and accounting, he earned a CPA while working at Ernst & Young over a 4 year period in their small business practice.
To further his education, Lou completed his MBA at Harvard Business School in 1993.

Dale Boden is a founder and Chairman of Advanced Cancer Therapeutics. He also serves as President and CEO of B F Capital, Inc., a Louisville, KY based private investment firm. Investing primarily in real estate, venture capital and early-stage or special situation growth companies, B F Capital provides both equity capital and management assistance.
Since founding B F Capital in 1993, Mr. Boden has overseen investments in more than 80 different companies and partnerships. In 2003, the Yearling Fund I, L.P. was formed by Mr. Boden and his two partners, Tyree Wilburn and William Lomicka. The Yearling Fund is an early stage venture capital fund focused on Kentucky-based companies. Mr. Boden serves on the boards of both public and private companies serving in varying capacities including Audit and Compensation Committee Chair, Lead Director and non-executive Chairman of the Board. Mr. Boden has profound experience in Corporate Development, M & A, Corporate Finance and General Management.

Greg Langdon is in corporate and product strategy for technology businesses. He has experience in executive management, business development, marketing and public relations, acquisitions, product management, software architecture and development, project management and digital electronics design. Langdon was part of a core team of executives that led Efficient Networks from a venture-funded startup in Dallas, into a global, market-leading position in broadband network equipment and software. After a successful initial public offering, Efficient Networks acquired several smaller network technology firms, and was subsequently acquired by Siemens AG. Mr. Langdon works with small and startup businesses in Louisville, KY. He has served as a business coach for entrepreneurs in the Nucleus-Kauffman FastTrac program, a judge in Cardinal Challenge business plan competitions, and a startup coach and organizer at Startup Weekend Louisville. He is a member of the board of directors at Ucloser, LLC, where he served previously as Chief Marketing Officer.
